Die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen der BODYART School International GmbH und den Verbrauchern und Unternehmern, die über unseren Shop Ware kaufen. Entgegenstehende oder von unseren Geschäftsbedingungen abweichende Bedingungen werden von uns nicht anerkannt. Die Vertragssprache ist Deutsch.
Vertragsschluss
Die Angebote im Internet stellen eine unverbindliche Aufforderung an Sie dar, Waren zu kaufen. Nach Eingabe Ihrer Daten und mit dem Anklicken des Bestellbuttons geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot auf Abschluss eines Kaufvertrags ab. Sie können eine verbindliche Bestellung auch per Post oder Fax abgeben. Mit der unverzüglich per E-Mail versandten Zugangsbestätigung wird gleichzeitig auch die Annahme Ihres Angebots erklärt und der Kaufvertrag damit abgeschlossen. Wird das Angebot nicht sofort angenommen, dann sind Sie auch nicht mehr daran gebunden.
Lieferung der Ware
Die bestellte Ware wird nach Bezahlung innerhalb von 7 Werktagen an die Lieferadresse geschickt. Die Versandkosten richten sich nach dem jeweiligen Land und werden bei jeder Bestellung separat ausgewiesen.

Gutschein
Gutscheine haben eine maximale Gültigkeitsdauer von einem Jahr ab dem Zahldatum.
Eigentumsvorbehalt
Der Kaufgegenstand bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum BODYART School International GmbH.
Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistung richtet sich nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between BODYART School International GmbH and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods through our shop. We do not recognize any conditions that conflict with or differ from our terms and conditions. The contract language is German.

The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods. After entering your data and clicking on the order button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also place a binding order by post or fax. With the confirmation of receipt sent immediately by e-mail, the acceptance of your offer is also declared and the purchase contract thus concluded. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.
Delivery of the goods
The ordered goods will be sent to the delivery address within 7 working days after payment. The shipping costs depend on the respective country and are shown separately with each order.
